Start Living Now is a programme designed to help people become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and reactions to life's challenges.
Built around lived experience, emotional awareness, mindfulness, and personal responsibility, the sessions encourage participants to spend less time trapped in the past or worrying about the future, and more time focused on what they can do today.
